Online Purchase:
Eligible exchange merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Merchandise Return Form that is enclosed in your package upon delivery. Your exchange must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date. You will be notified via email once your store credit has been processed.
All jewelry, handbags, accessories, shoes, belts, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, florals, natural crystals and stones, candles, bath products, vases, sale items and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged in-store with your online purchase receipt.
We will gladly exchange all other items in its original condition.
Exchange merchandise must be free of make-up stains, deodorant, odors and must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed. 
All original tags must be attached.
If your return item is sent back to us after the expiration of the return policy, you will be reimbursed for 60% of the item. 
Need a different size? Please contact us immediately at info@islaandmay.com as our styles typically sell out very quickly. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your size will be available.
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@islaandmay.com.
